As many of you are aware, Kevin Babcock, High School Principal at Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton has recently accepted the position of High School Principal in the Medford School District. Over the past three three weeks the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton has been conducting a search for their next principal.
On June 19 and 20 a committee of stakeholders interviewed six candidates for the open position. On June 21 Superintendent Bill Adams interviewed two finalists. Andy Krause, current Continuous Improvement Coach/AVID Site Coordinator/Equity & Access Coordinator in the Mankato Area Public School District was offered the position and has accepted it.
The school district was impressed with the quality of candidates that applied for the open position. In the end, Andy Krause rose to the top of the candidate pool. He brings expertise in instructional coaching and extensive knowledge of high school operations. The school board is set to approve his contract on June 26th.?
